We are glad to inform you that our Eggshell Thickness Gauge (ESTG) has been newly upgrade.
ESTG is an extremely precise and high-resolution instrument to measure eggshell thickness of an entire egg without breaking eggshell!

IPPE 2021 Was Cancelled

The show management for the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) has made the difficult decision to not hold the in-person component of IPPE 2021 in Atlanta, scheduled for Jan. 26-28. The decision was based on numerous factors, including extensive surveys, direct feedback from our industries and other stakeholders, as well as the expected decrease in participation due to the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are sorry to inform you about it and we wish all of you safe and quiet days ahead!

Major Upgrade on Wireless Egg Node – Multi Node Version!

EggTester.Com (officially known as “ORKA Food Technology“) announces the major upgrade on Wireless Egg Node called Multi Node Version.

Here are the main upgrades:

1. The new software is able to run multiple eggs at the same time.
2. The software is multilingual, allows to choose different operation languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese etc.
3. The new software has the Photo snapshot that allows to take photos during the sampling and the photo will automatically be placed on the chart at the time it was taken.
4. The saved data can now be saved in.csv format and can be viewed using Excel, making it easier to be interpreted or amended.
